Constructed of concrete and steel and designed to maintain a year-round temperature of 72 degrees, the Wexner Center is 610 ft. in length and contains nine different kinds of glass. Winner of Progressive Architecture's Architectural Design Award, 1985.

William Green Building
(fka The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation/Industrial Commission Office Building)

$250,000,000 / Completion: 1990
 
At 1 million sq. ft. with a 100 ft. high enclosed sky-lighted garden, this development, at the time, was one of the largest public/private cooperatives in the country and one of the largest office complexes in the Midwest.

On behalf of the Architect of Record and the State of Ohio, assure compliance with all Construction Documents and review and approval of all contractor pay requests and shop drawings.


Woody Hayes Athletic Facility
Ohio State University
Columbus, Ohio
$11,000,000 / Completion: 1988
 
Project contained a 400 ft. long, 220 ft. wide and 65-ft. clear-high indoor field used by football, baseball, softball, and the lacrosse and soccer teams, and an 8,000 sq. ft. weight room.
 

Primary Responsibility: Director, Department of Contract Administration
