This project consisted of 7
constructed in the 1960's that had gone to ruin and were renovated and
converted to hotel-condominium ownership by us in late 1990's. Four
additional buildings and a series of condo-u-store-it boat warehouse
units were designed and approved for construction. A 185-unit slip
deep-water marina with fuel dock and service building were also a part
of the project. The slips were approved and slated as for-sale product
as “dock-o-miniums”, which involved obtaining true ownership of the marina
“bottom” as opposed to sub-surface ground lease.
