Primary Responsibility: Executive Vice President

Came in after Project had already commenced with a seriously challenged Budget resulting from premature sell-out figures. Assisted in negotiating the JV Ownership & JV Contractor Agreements and got the Project back on track.

Primary Responsibilities: Representative for Owner, Architect and Engineer

Performing as Project Manager and Superintendent, Construction Administrator; held majority of general contractor duties. Roles were critical to successful completion within a virtually “impossible" timeframe.

A 2,352-key Resort/Hotel-Condo Project in Orlando, Florida. The Project is nearly 5,000,000 square feet of Resort, Conference, Spa, Retail, and Restaurant space.
 

Primary Responsibility: Executive Vice President

My primary role here is sole and bottom-line responsibility for the development and construction processes, including Design Team and Contractor selection and engagements, driving Design Development, contracts negotiations, pricing / budget control, construction of this 3-phase, 5-year Project. I am responsible for liaising with all of the different bureaucratic agencies, including the US Army Corps of Engineers, the South Florida Water Management District and County officials to gain all of the necessary entitlements, approvals, permits, inspections, etc.
